Location: Tributary of Krui River, Upper Hunter Valley, NSW, Australia.
Geology: Tertiary basalt of Liverpool Range beds
Soils: Red and black (cracking clay) basalt soils. Ant Hill (ah), Bow (bw) & Yaramoor (ym)
Vegetation: Native pasture with scattered eucalytps
Land Use: Biodynamic beef cattle grazing. Portions of catchment previously cropped (along lower flats)
Existing Infrastructure/Data: 7 permanent monitoring stations (incl1 weather station and soil moisture, T monitoring to 900mm depth).
